What we put in place in our accompaniments

To offer to any person involved in a recovery process (life accidents, chronic illness, people with physical, psychosocial and other disabilities) to regain their capacities to recover through support, presence and suitable accompaniment

Assume the role of a guide and mediator for the person and their family and medical/social environment, helping them to regain their autonomy and dignity.

Helping the person to become aware of their proper resources and potentials, and to take charge of their own lives.

We aim to engage people in a process of individual and collective learning to find the resources that will help them recover and (re)integrate in society.

Individual support: Number of sessions adapted to the situation (5 to 10 sessions of 1 hour)

Group support: 1 session (1h30)

Adapted physical and sports couching

Raising self-awareness, helping the person to verbalize and manage the emotions they feel as they move from one scenario to another (actor, victim, etc.)

Offering a space where thought and violence can meet, for offenders and/or victims for whom violence poses a problem in their relationships with others in daily life and who have difficulties to verbalise these

Support for the family environment to provide punctual support and adapted sports activities

Support to maintain basic physical condition (indoors or outdoors) for physical and mental better-being
Modalities :

Individual approach based on an expressed need

Psycho-Boxing, Cardio-Boxing, soft gym, hiking, aqua gym, breathing techniques

Activity time in the presence of two qualified persons, if necessary, for verbalization time

Individual/collective session: 45mn

Length of support depending on various indicators (meaning of intervention, degree of involvement/motivation, etc.)
Educational and social support as part of an emancipatory approach

Listening, understanding personal and family history, anchoring and blocking points, personal, educational and professional pathways,

Support in acquiring day-to-day skills (administrative, legal, financial, etc.), becoming autonomous and taking on responsibility

Helping to raise awareness of the environment (family, social, medical, professional, economic, ecological, etc.) by valorizing experience, resources and competencies

Counselling, sharing, guidance towards suitable living conditions with the support of partners
